Sierra Blanca Rangers is not just a competition; it is a day of coexistence with nature. In its third edition, Marbella hosts the grand final of the Provincial Cup (Copa Provincial), where the values of effort, sportsmanship, and respect for the environment are the true protagonists.
👕 Bib Collection: 3rd October 2026 - CC Plaza del Mar - 16:00 to 20:00.
🕒 Starting Pens Open: First start (Cadets) - 09:30h.
📍 Start Line: calle Albinoni (near Nagüeles Park, towards the Marbella auditorium).
Do I need to be a federated member to participate?
No, it is not compulsory. Although we are the final of the Provincial Cup of the Andalusian Mountain Sports Federation (FAM), any boy or girl can register. Non-federated participants will be covered by accident insurance arranged by the organisers for the day of the event.
What kit is mandatory?
As far as possible, we recommend specific trail running footwear and breathable technical clothing. In the "Free", Inclusive, and "Pollitos" categories, any comfortable sports footwear is sufficient. Do not forget to bring your own water container or cup, as we are a "zero waste" event.
Can parents accompany children during the race?
In the "Pollitos" (4-5 years old) and "Pre-benjamines" (6-7 years old) categories, one adult is allowed to accompany them. However, to maintain the sporting spirit and safety on the trails, in all other categories, Rangers must complete the course independently, following the yellow and black markers at all times and the instructions from our volunteers.
